Connecting Your Integrations

5 minutes6 steps

Connecting your tools means less tab-switching and more selling. This guide covers email, calendar and CRM integrations so everything stays in one place.

1

Go to Settings, then Integrations

Open Settings from the sidebar and click "Integrations". You'll see a list of all available connections with their current status.

2

Connect Gmail or Microsoft 365

Click "Connect" and sign in with your email account. This lets you send and receive emails from within LimeProspect. All outreach goes through your own mailbox so recipients see your real email address.

3

Connect your calendar

Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar connects automatically with your email integration. This enables meeting booking directly from prospect profiles. No extra setup needed.

4

Connect HubSpot (Growth plan and above)

Click "Connect" next to HubSpot. Sign in and approve the permissions. Your contacts, companies and deals will sync both ways. Changes in either platform are reflected automatically.

5

Connect Salesforce (Agency plan and above)

Similar to HubSpot. Click "Connect" and approve the API permissions. Salesforce integration includes full object sync with custom field mapping for enterprise workflows.

6

Check your connection status

Each integration shows "Connected" with a green badge when active. If something disconnects, you'll see a warning banner on the Integrations page and in your notifications. Reconnecting takes a single click.
